LOVE IS ALL WE NEED

               Giving gifts and preparing food, that's the tradition of Filipino's and some other people out of the country in celebrating Christmas.

               These are not only the important matters we should do, despite we should know why we celebrate or what is the purpose of this celebration. Every 25th day of December we are celebrating Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ. People around the world are busy decorating and preparing food for the family. Some also attend misa de gallo, some are also doing Christmas carols and others. For me, these things are not only the reason or the true essence of Christmas. It's the love for each other, the unity and oneness of people around. We should share what we have and we should also love other people like the love we are giving to Jesus and to our sell the gift. It's not important how big you can give to that person or how beautiful the gift is, it's love we should know best.

               This coming Christmas, i hope all f us will know the best for others. Love God, love him/her, love them and of course love yourself. 

EQUAL RIGHTS, EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

               We are now living in a modernized nation where everyone has rights and opportunities. We were born equally, we were created with equal rights and opportunities. Even though we were made with differences as humans, we can't conclude that there is a higher and lower persons in the world. Are you aware that women can make a man's work? Yes t's true, like being a driver , a carpenter and some other hard jobs. But are you also aware that a ma can also do a women's job? For a man it's not good for him to do a woman's job, like what they do in every day activities. But nowadays men live to serve their family like a mother does inside the house, that is what we say equality. Girls have their rights and boys have their rights too. In the Philippines there should be no discrimination!!! Because we are living in a democratic country. Live Equally!!!    

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

              Everyone can make a difference among others. Ether for a friend, for the nation, for the environment or for your self alone. 

          As a student I can make change, I can do things different from ordinary people. If you think t's impossible, you  are wrong!!! For my fellowmen, I  can be a model, I can be  leader for them to start a new life, to give hope and of course to serve. I want to help people with my strength, love and patience to them. I can be a public servant. As hey say "life is not easy without a companion in life either i your sadness or your happiness". To be a hero is what i want to be. I can't fly but I believe I myself that I will always be on the go f you ever need me. 

                That's me!!! A simple person but with a good heart. If  you need e just wait for me. And that's the difference I can make.

"The Change"

                          There is no permanent thing in this world. Everything changes..............

                          In these days, we are now suffering different calamities, problems and many more. Do you know why? It's because of climate change. Don't point out the climate itself as the reason. It's ourselves alone. Human beings are the reason why our climate changes. The greenhouse effect, global warming and the different types of disasters.  Many people died because of these problems even children were affected. We are now suffering what we call climate change because of illegal logging, illegal fishing and much pollution in our environment. Climate change is the inconsistency of weather. Like, the summer season became rainy season and vice verza. And we all know that it really affect our daily lives, our daily activities and even our body. That's why we were easily got sickness and diseases. Take a look to our nature, to our mother earth, it's dying because of us.

                          It's not too late for us to do ways in preventing disasters and calamities. Go and let us move for the better nature! for a better mother earth!                                                    

"Digital Literacy Through English Proficiency"

                  Nowadays, we are living in a modernized world. Technological systems are spreading in the nation and the entire planet. But the question is, are they helpful to one's life?
                  In these days, we are now in a High Technology Revolution. We are surrounded with different gadgets, tools and machines like cellphones and computes. These things really influence people around the world. And it really help people, we can perform tasks easier, we can communicate to others using these gadgets, and we can learn and earn  lot of information.
                  By these gadgets we can be a digital literate. One of the factor why and how we can be a digital literate is that we know what we are doing or manipulating these different kinds of gadgets, tools, and machines because we understand the language used on them. It is the English language. We all know that English is our universal language. It is used by many people, so because of our universal language, we can be all digital literate.Time by time, all people in the world will all become digital literate.
                  Let's promote digital literacy through English proficiency.  

CHEMERGY: Chemistry and Science Clubbing in Synergy

              Everything under the sun is important. From the smallest to the biggest objects in the universe. they are the reasons why Science and its branches was formed and studied.
               In the modern world of these days, inventions, studies, observations and experimentation were conducted to find out the real fact of the things people want to know. Scientists, biologists, and other famous and brilliant inventors done a lot of  things, shared their ideas, opinion to others to overcome to a good and helpful result to our country and in the whole world. They are concern for the nature and for the human being. in these two reasons we have what we call the two divisions of science: the natural and the social science.
               Through Chemistry and Science Clubbing, higher technology is seem to be helpful to the people. It improves one's life and it makes activities to be easier. Thus, we can improve and we can solve the problems of our world.

"My Brilliant Heroes in the Modern World"

                        They can't fly  high because they are just an ordinary people like us. They were  working  for a goal and for a mission.
                         I was just a little girl when I first enter to school, I was only four years old that time. A girl who has a dream in life, to study and somehow or sometime I can graduate. I was first a pupil, don't know how to read and write and all I can pronounce is my name. And slowly I learn, until I can already recite the alphabet, some poems, numbers and I already know how to shapes, lines and many more.
                         As I enter to school, a new world, new friends and teachers I have met. A new world full of knowledge, my second home, new friends who were my sisters and brothers, my teachers who were my second  mother and father. Inside the campus, I can't feel the fear because I know that I have my mother and father. They were the one who taught me how important knowledge is and the importance of everything in this world. Because of them i learned lot of things, brilliant ideas and opinions they shared to me. They fulfill the things which my parents didn't told me. My teachers had only one goal in my life as a student, they treat like their real child. That's why I also treat them like my real mother and father too.
                         He not be superman who can fly a very a high, she's not be wonder woman, but they were my heroes, they were my teachers who has only one goal to a student's life, to teach me for my own good and for my better future. 

My Heroes

                         Each of us have inspiration in life..............whom I considered them as my saviour, my life, my hero.
                         Maybe they not be as successful as they are, or popular as others but deep in my heart, mind and in my soul, they are the greatest of all.
                         Life is not easy, so many hindrance, problems and challenges we have to face, we cannot deny that sometimes we are weak and afraid to encounter hardness in life. But these were just part and way to test our strength, confidence and trust on God. And when these problems come, we should bear in our mind we have heroes who will help us to fight this challenges.
                         My parents are my heroes, as I said eventhough they dont have the power to fly, very high like superman and eventhough they cant stretch their body like lastikman but they can be my heroes. In my sixteen years of existence in this world, they always right beside me. With their guidance, care and love. I can say, I'm the luckiest daughter all over the world.
                          I'm very thankful to God because He gave  me my mother and my father who never give up supporting my needs and necessities. I will treat them like my angels.
                          Thanks to my parents, they are my heroes!!!!!!!!!!!!

"WORDS FROM P-NOY"

                        "Kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap", the unforgettable lines of President Benigno Aquino III.      The words that wakes up my mind and my soul, that until now, I still expecting the change in our country, the sleeping country.
                        It was 25th of July, 2011 when P-Noy delivered his second  State Of the Nation Address (SONA). He is now one year in his position. But people of the Philippines were expecting much from him. Where is progress? As I go on reading his State Of the Nation Address, he used the word  "wang-wang" to describe the bad things. One of the projects of P-Noy  was the anti wang-wang which was properly done. And now, only the President, Vice President, House Speaker, Chief Justice, Policemen, and the ambulancehas the authority to use wang-wang for their official business. Good that P-Noy elaborated some problems which our country is facing now and discussed the possible solutions of this. And most of all what I like most was the issue regerding the used budget only  for the coffee of the PAGCOR. One billion expensed just for the coffee. But I didn't believe to this issue. During P-Noy is delivering his speech, he also welcomed the new Ombudsman, Conchita Carpio Morales, who was on the position of the Suprreme Court Justice ago.
                       A respect and love for P-Noy, I believe to him, from his SONA, I can see and feel the future of our country  to become a progressive one. We need unity and help one another. Let us be one for the Philippines! Problems can be solve and our lives can be improve!

The Month Of July!!!!!!!!

                        It's already the month of July..........The healthiest month of all. Do you know why??? Well, if you're not yet aware with this let's find out what's all about July.
                        In behalf of the month of July, we are celebrating the Nutrition Month. From the word "nutrition" this states the food we eat and the health status of an individual. In my dearest second home, Ilocos Sur National High School, we are celebrating the Nutrition Month every year. Different activities and competitions and others. Like the food festival, cook festival, nutrijingle, poster slogan, nutriquiz, and many more. One of the biggest competition is the nutrijingle. All year levels are open to participate and compete to this contest. The theme of the said nutrition month is "Isulong Breastfeeding, Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo". This concept introduces and encouraging mothers to used breastfeeding for their babies after they are born. Breastfeeding is more healthier than the commercial one aas a substitute milks for Babiies. So why dont you used this mommy?
                        With the help of the T.L.E teachers, especially to the head teacher of the department, this program was approved by the principal.
                         The main objective of the Nutrition month is to conceptualized the healthier and nutrtious food like vegetables and fruits. Remember the Go, Grow and Glow Foods instead of junkfoods, streetfoods, and all unhealthy food that may destroy and damage our body.
                          So just bear in our mind that " Health is Wealth".

MY LETTER TO OUR DEAREST PRESIDENT

Dear Mr. President,
                 
                 H! P-NOY!!!!!!!!!
                 First of all i want to say have a wonderful day Sir......It's a big oppurtunity for me to send a letter for you. It's my chance to say my insights about our country.
                 Around billions or trillions voters in the Philippines voted last May 10, 2010. For the position of President, you were the one chose and blessed. You as a President, I know you are the one responsible enough of what Philippines have now. Problems are bothering us like crimes, unequal justice, corruption and many more. As a student, I alsohave wishes for our country and for my fellowmen.
                 Can't you see the problems of farmers? They need help!!!!!!!!!!!! Farmers plants vegetables, rice and other, they sold these in just low prices but the fertilizers they used is too expensive. The problem is why can't government give enough budget for the farmers. One more thing  I want to wish Mr. President is I want you to gave poor people a food supply, for them to have food to eat especiallly for the children. I'm just an ordinary and simple student from Ilocos Sur Natiuonal High School from Vigan City Ilocos Sur. Simple person wishing this things to ou Mr. President. But I know you're a helpful person. We all know you have a good heart.
